As you consider where God’s gifts to you can be best applied, please consider these important service and leadership roles within our church. The first year is primarily learning, the second and third implementing, Each group serves a fundamental function to the glory of God and to further the ministry of the church. They are all responsible for the “orderly administration of the affairs of the church” as written in our bylaws. Participation in these roles is by nomination: please let a pastor or the Moderator (currently Phil Clemons) know if you are interested in being nominated.

Board of Deacons

The Board has various teams including Pastoral Care, Hospitality, Worship Service Planning, Outreach, Volunteers, Small Groups, and Assimilation.

Board of Trustees

This board is responsible for the property of the church and most of the financial matters. They also are responsible for interviewing and hiring church employees.

Christian Education Committee

They host special events, write the appeal letters and assist with publicity.
