Being a Congregational Christian is about loving God, loving others, and changing the world as in fulfillment of Jesus’ Great Commission. Recently, we affirmed a covenant for our life together that updated the words that have guided us from our beginning:
Acknowledging Jesus Christ to be our Savior and Lord, and
Accepting the Holy Scriptures as our rule of faith and practice, and
Recognizing the privilege and duty of uniting ourselves for:
◦ Christian Fellowship,
◦ The enjoyment of Christian sacraments,
◦ The public worship of God, and
◦ The advancement of His Kingdom in the world
