The path to membership at FCC Hanson begins with becoming comfortable with our worship and our faith, expressed in the Sunday morning worship and in a small group or other ministry area where you sense God drawing you. For those interested in learning more about our church and the privileges and duties of membership, the next informational meeting will be held on

Sunday, November 3, 2019 at 6:00 pm

This two hour event is led by Pastor Peter and several Deacons as we explore who we are, what we believe, what we do, and how we do it. We explore the idea of having a Sponsor who will stand with a new member and help them become involved in our Life Together. This meeting is open to all who might be considering membership as well as those simply desiring to learn more about who we are. There will be a time for questions and answers. A light meal will be served. If you are interested in attending, please let the church office or one of the Deacons know of your interest.

Candidates then attend a meeting of the Board of Deacons to give testimony to their Christian faith and allow the Deacons to get to know them a little better. Membership happens when the new member candidate pledges his/her faith in Jesus Christ and desires to unite with this church in worship and service to our Lord.
